We offer three duplex cottages totaling six units, each sleeping up to four. Two units include one double bed plus two single beds (set up in bunks) and four units include four single beds (set up in bunks).
Bringing a Group? Consider reserving one cottage (2 units) for up to 8 people.
Salmon Fishing season runs September - October
Steelhead Fishing season runs November - April
Snowmobiling season begins in mid December - March, depending on conditions.
Cross-country skiing can begin as early as mid-November-March, depending on conditions.

Availability
Fishing: Call 315.298.6028, 8 am - 8 pm to confirm room availability and to make reservations. Fall fishing season fills early, with guests often reserving a year in advance.
Snowmobiling/ XC skiing: Call 315.298.6028, 8 am - 8 pm
Holidays, Winter weekends and Fall Fishing season require a minimum 2 nights stay.
RESERVATIONS
We are happy to 'pencil in' your tentative reservations. A reservation is not confirmed until we receive 1/2 your total booking as deposit. Deposits will be accepted by cash, check or money-order. Deposits must be received within 7days of making your reservation to hold room. Receipt of your deposit and confirmation of your reservation will be sent by E mail.

Reservations with less then 7days notice require cash or money order payment in full upon check-in.
Cancellations
We would appreciate 30 days notice if you have a change in plans or need to cancel, so that we may try to rebook your room. In the event that you must cancel your reservation, we will hold one night of your deposit as a cancellation fee. If we are able to rebook your room, we will return your deposit
** Fall Fishing Season Guests **
Changes or cancellations must be made by July 31st. Deposits cannot be returned after that date.
Check In/Check Out
You may check in anytime after 3 p.m. We would appreciate knowing your approximate time of arrival. We must have you check out of your room before 11 a.m. in order to allow time to clean before the next guests check in. Rooms not vacated by check out time will be charged for another day. You may be able to store trailers, vehicles and other personal belongings by arranging in advance with your host.
Your booking balance must be paid upon check in. In the unfortunate event that you decide you must leave early, we will be unable to refund any portion of your booking.
